1. About Snel IPTV Kopen 4K

Snel IPTV Kopen 4K provides access to live television channels, films and series over the internet. We are an independent service provider and are not an official partner or licence holder of any broadcaster, channel owner or film studio.

2. Subscription and payment

A subscription runs for the selected term and is renewed automatically unless you cancel in time through your account or our support team. Prices are in euros and exclude any VAT or taxes that apply to you.

A 24-hour trial is free and without obligation; no payment details are required.

3. Equal delivery

We invest a great deal in a stable connection. Channels may still be temporarily unavailable, for example due to rights or network issues at the broadcaster. We cannot guarantee against this and offer no additional compensation for it, other than within the money-back guarantee.

4. Acceptable use

You use the service for private use only. Sharing your account or stream with third parties, re-publishing or monetising our streams and circumventing technical protections are not permitted and can lead to termination.

You must be at least 18 years old to take out a subscription.

5. Money-back guarantee

Within 7 days of your purchase you can cancel the subscription if you are not satisfied. On a valid request you receive the full amount back within 14 working days at the latest.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel through your account or via our support team. Your access then continues until the end of the term you already paid for. After the term ends, the subscription is not renewed.

7. Liability

We exclude liability for indirect damage, such as missing a programme or a missed live broadcast. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the incident.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of your place of residence.
