How many devices at once?
That depends on your subscription. Shorter subscriptions are meant for one screen, longer ones give access to two or three devices at the same time. You can always upgrade without losing your credentials.

What do I need to get started?
A stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps) and one of the supported devices. After payment you receive your credentials and installation instructions by email.
How many devices can I watch on at the same time?
That depends on your plan: with short subscriptions you watch on 1 device, with longer ones on 2 or 3 devices at the same time. You can always upgrade.
What picture quality do I get?
The stream adjusts automatically to your connection and screen. Where available you watch in Full HD or 4K.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. There is no annual contract; your plan ends at the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods are accepted?
